Cherylann helped me buy my first house and I am so grateful for her diligence, patience, professionalism, and help. She pointed us to a variety of information and resources when we were in need, thoroughly explained things that were unfamiliar to us, and kept a great attitude when we flip flopped on locations. Additionally, she had our back when the seller's agent became a nightmare. She fought for us, held the seller's agent accountable, and remained calm throughout. She was really a light during my first home-buying experience, which became sour due to that other agent. I am so glad we used her for this momentous occasion in our lives. Cherylann was a calming place during a stormy time in my life as I faced the daunting task of selling my mother's home. She walked me through all the steps necessary and went above and beyond in helping me get the house cleared out, repairs completed, listing the home, and presenting it in the best possible light.
